Digital Pata / Services

What you can do after scanning

The microsite behind every plate is a single access point for both financial and non-financial services. Each corporation decides which of them appear in its city, so yours may show a subset.

The platform

One digital address. Many services.

Each DDN is linked to a dedicated microsite that acts as a single access point. New services can be added to the platform continuously, without changing the DDN infrastructure or reprinting a single plate.

Financial services

  • Property tax and municipal payments
  • Utility bill payments
  • Banking and payment services
  • Insurance services
  • Loan and credit applications
  • Collection and payment services
  • Digital receipts and transaction history

Non-financial services

  • Government and citizen services
  • Property information and records
  • Address verification
  • GIS and location-based services
  • Complaints and grievance registration
  • Emergency and essential services
  • Notifications, alerts and communication
The path

From one scan to any service

  • Universal QR Code
  • DDN Microsite
  • Multiple Services

The DDN is not just an address plate. It becomes a digital gateway through which both financial and non-financial services can be delivered to a specific property.

Why the microsite matters more than the plate

Payments and dues

Every tile opens the corporation's own payment portal. Money never passes through the Digital Pata page.

Civic services and certificates

Requests raised here already carry the property's identity, so the ward office does not have to ask where you live.

Tracking and contacts

Track an application

Follow a certificate request, a new connection or a building permission without visiting the office to ask.

Track a complaint

See which department holds your complaint, what action was recorded and when it was closed.

Know your officer

Ward officer, sanitation in-charge and helpdesk numbers. Some contacts open a WhatsApp chat instead of a call, whichever the corporation prefers.

Always present

Emergency numbers on every page

These tiles are never removed, so a stranger scanning an unfamiliar building can still call for help and read out the exact code.

Why your city may show fewer tiles

A tile only appears when the corporation has a working link or number behind it. As departments bring services online they are added to the microsite, and every plate already in the field picks up the change immediately — nothing needs reprinting.

Bring Digital Pata to your city

Ready to give every property a real address?

We work with municipal corporations to survey, geo-tag and issue Digital Patas at scale — and hand over a dashboard to run it afterwards.
